What is "Procure to Pay" cycle in mbas Material Management?
Procure to Pay is a generic term used to encompass the business cycle that starts with Purchase requisition from a buyer and ends with Purchase Invoice from the vendor. There are several pre-requisites and parameters involved within the Procure to Pay Cycle, including Purchase groups, Division, Vendor Group, Payment Terms, Delivery Mode. Purchase Return is done based on the Purchase Return Advice generated to the items, the system automatically removes the Stock once Purchase Return transaction is performed.
How do you ensure that the data is secured in mbas?
To achieve economies of scale, mbas uses "multi-tenancy". Multi-tenancy facilitates customers running their application on the same unit of software. The data is stored in one database. This makes overall system scalable, simpler and lower in cost. This may cause some to have doubts about the security and safety of data.
